About the Role
As a Technical Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliable and efficient technical operation of our machines and installations. Leading a team of skilled technicians, you will oversee troubleshooting activities, support the execution of the maintenance plan, and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
In addition, you will actively contribute to enhancing maintenance team performance, support improvement initiatives and CAPEX projects, and drive continuous advancements in safety, quality, and operational efficiency across the organization.
