Technical Team Leader

Our client is managing a project for public service and human resource development. They are looking for experienced technical team leader to oversee the project implementation among other expats for 24 months.

Education qualification: 

A minimum of a master’s degree in strategic management, human resource management, public policy, public administration, law or a related social science field.

General experience: 

A minimum of five years of relevant general and practical experience and demonstrate knowledge and good understanding in strategic management or human resource management, or related fields in the public service.
