The Opportunity
TalentXM is seeking a Tech Lead – React & Node to support one of our clients building a modern Education & Member Management platform.
This platform enables administrators, instructors, and members to seamlessly manage educational programs through:
- Web-based operator/instructor portal
- CRM and payment system integrations
You will lead a distributed engineering team in LATAM, working closely with product stakeholders and client leadership to deliver high-quality, scalable digital solutions.
This role combines hands-on architecture, technical leadership, and strategic collaboration in a fast-moving product environment.
