Provide desktop technical support to the Client Business line, and be flexible to cover the business needs Ensure tickets are logged via ServiceNow and are being updated accordingly and meeting SLAs. Resolve trading desktop issues, supporting rd party market data applications and provide st line for in house trading applications.
