Daily Responsibilities:
  • Provide desktop technical support to the Client Business line, and be flexible to cover the business needs
  • Ensure tickets are logged via ServiceNow and are being updated accordingly and meeting SLAs.
  • Resolve trading desktop issues, supporting rd party market data applications and provide st line for in house trading applications.
  • Troubleshoot and provide resolution to issues related to IT hardware.
  • Support of Citrix virtual desktop environments; Xendesktop and XenApp.Installation, configuration and support of mobile devices.
  • Floor walking, desk visits and remote support for VPN clients.
  • Undertake system administration duties to ensure the smooth and continuous running of Bank systems.
