Technical System Integration & Data Architect (SAPIO LIMS Ecosystem)

Role Summary

We are seeking a Technical System Integration & Data Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture, integration delivery, and data design for a SAPIO LIMS ecosystem supporting translational research workflows. This role ensures seamless connectivity across upstream sources (CRO, WorkBench, One Invivo, Pristima, STS, SRRT), lab instruments (stainers, scanners, printers), and downstream platforms (ELN, imaging, analytics, AI/omics), enabling a robust digital thread from sample receipt to research insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the target system landscape, integration architecture, and data architecture across the research ecosystem.
• Design and implement HL7/middleware integrations (e.g., Mirth Connect) for bidirectional instrument connectivity (LIMS→instrument metadata/protocols; instrument→LIMS status/results).
