Technical Support Supervisor

Job Summary

The Technical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and maintaining all technical systems supporting online casino operations, with a strong focus on IT network infrastructure, audio video systems, and live streaming platforms.

This role ensures stable, secure, and high-quality broadcast operations while supervising technical staff and coordinating closely with production and gaming teams to maintain uninterrupted casino gameplay and streaming performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily technical operations for online casino studios, including network, audio, video, and streaming systems.

* Manage and maintain IT infrastructure such as LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, and internet redundancy to ensure high availability.

* Oversee live streaming systems, including encoders, streaming servers, cameras, audio mixers, and video switchers.
