Location: Remote (Night Shift – 8 AM to 5 PM Philippines time)

As a Business Support / Technical Support Representative, your responsibility is to deliver top-tier service and support to our client's partners and internal operations. From fulfillment and logistics to technical expertise and creative solutions, you'll help ensure smooth operations, efficient processes, and innovative solutions that support their charging infrastructure and contribute to customer satisfaction.

● Perform daily tasks using the CRM dashboard and internal tools
● Maintain accurate records and generate reports
● Process and schedule onsite services
● Learn and stay up to date with products and services
● Assist technicians during onsite visits
