As a Business Support / Technical Support Representative, your responsibility is to deliver top-tier service and support to our client's partners and internal operations. ● Perform daily tasks using the CRM dashboard and internal tools
● Maintain accurate records and generate reports
● Process and schedule onsite services
● Learn and stay up to date with products and services
● Assist technicians during onsite visits
● Provide kiosk troubleshooting assistance
