The Role: Technical Support Representative

We are actively recruiting and interviewing for future Secure Power Technical Team positions. The Technical Support Representative provides pre & post-sales technical support to our customers via phone, chat, and email.

What will you do?

• Respond to incoming queries through calls, chats, or emails
• Perform product troubleshooting and process replacement if needed

Who would be successful?

•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, ECE, Computer Science or related fields
