In this role, you won't just fix tickets—you will own the narrative of high-impact incidents, deep-dive into performance tuning, and deliver world-class Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex cloud environments.
Role Overview:
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Full-Time)
Experience: 2 – 6 years in Cloud Platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
Language Requirement: Mandarin B2 (CEFR) + Professional English proficiency (Mandatory)
Technical Focus Areas:
Cloud Observability: Expert-level support for Logging, Monitoring, Trace, Profiler, and Error Reporting.
Incident Ownership: Managing the full lifecycle of L2/L3 escalations.
Deep Analysis: Troubleshooting through logs, metrics, traces, and profiles to ensure system reliabili...
