The Technical Support Representative for Secure Power provides first-level technical assistance to customers and partners regarding power protection products (UPS systems, power distribution units, etc.). This role ensures customer satisfaction by delivering accurate solutions for pre-sales and post-sales inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical complaints.
