About the Role
Providing pre-sales technical support/expertise to assist the sales team in their sales effort. Drivers in depth presentations and product demonstrations to clients and sales representatives. Continuing role in customer support to address clients’ issue in the usage of organizational products/services. Solve the product related technical and application problems. Assist sales team to explore domestic market and improve the market share in all industries and regions. adding support for larger order such as preparation for special technical documents, necessary technical declarations, assistance with onsite bidding etc. Support on special project such as model selection and information providing on special craft/condition/medium/production requirements. Technical training and communications such as customer onsite/vendor/new intern training, assistance with sales for the onsite technical communications.
