Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Assist in monitoring key performance indicators in the implementation of maintenance projects
Assist in the procurement of products, services, and other materials
Assosit in the preparation of costing and checking on the availability of data for spare parts and services within Airbus Helicopters Group or from an external supplier
Assist in the preparation of quotations under consideration of required maintenance man-hours and cost for spare parts, materials, and services.
Assist in the preparation and issuance of purchase orders
Assist in monitoring all the orders and follow up on the undelivered spares from suppliers
Encoding of all parts ordered under order monitoring in the database
Adherence to company's rules and regulations and safety policy
