Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring key performance indicators in the implementation of maintenance projects
- Assist in the procurement of products, services, and other materials
- Assosit in the preparation of costing and checking on the availability of data for spare parts and services within Airbus Helicopters Group or from an external supplier
- Assist in the preparation of quotations under consideration of required maintenance man-hours and cost for spare parts, materials, and services.
- Assist in the preparation and issuance of purchase orders
- Assist in monitoring all the orders and follow up on the undelivered spares from suppliers
- Encoding of all parts ordered under order monitoring in the database
- Adherence to company's rules and regulations and safety policy
