About the Role
- Install and activate internet services in townhouse units
- Run and secure network cables within townhouse structures
- Install modems, routers, ONTs, and related equipment
- Test internet speed, signal strength, and connection stability
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic connectivity issues
- Ensure neat and safe cable management inside and outside the unit
- Coordinate with project heads, team leaders, and technical support
- Explain basic internet usage and equipment handling to clients
- Complete installation reports and job orders accurately
