Technical Support

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Technical Support to join our growing team in Iloilo. The role focuses on providing technical assistance, system troubleshooting, and excellent customer service to support our laboratory and healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and internal users via phone, email, remote access, or on-site assistance
• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot computer systems, software, and related equipment
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues
• Perform routine system checks, maintenance, and updates
• Assist users with system usage and technical concerns in a clear and professional manner
• Document issues, resolutions, and service requests accurately
• Escalate complex problems to senior technical staff or vendors when necessary
• Deliver timely and courteous customer service at all times
