🔹 Responsibilities:
✔ Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions
✔ Resolve technical and service-related issues
✔ Provide accurate product/service information
✔ Maintain CRM records and follow-ups
✔ Ensure high customer satisfaction

✔ Excellent English communication skills
