Key Responsibilities
平台深度管理: 负责 MT4/MT5 Admin 及 Manager 端的日常操作,包括账户管理、组(Groups)配置、订单压缩与归档(Archive)以及插件或交易参数调整 。
Platform In-Depth Management: Handle daily operations of MT4/MT5 Admin and Manager terminals, including account management, group configuration, order compression and archiving, and adjustments to plugins or trading parameters.服务器日志分析: 熟练调取并分析 MT4/MT5 服务器日志(Server Logs)和客户端日志 ,以此诊断订单执行失败、报价延迟或登录异常的根本原因 。
Server Log Analysis: Proficiently retrieve and analyze MT4/MT5 server logs and client logs to diagnose root causes of order execution failures, quote delays, or login abnormalities.故障排查与诊断: 针对“账户无效(Invalid Account)”、“报价无效(Off Quotes)”及“无连接(No Connection)”等典型错误进行技术攻关,并提供优化方案 。
