About the Role
Job Overview
- Salary: $3000 - $4000
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6.00pm
- Location: Ubi
- Permanent Role + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Handle technical support cases on-site and via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
- Escalate and liaise with vendors on technical issues when required.
- Conduct product training and demonstrations for clients or users.
- Support internal product repair and training activities.
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, IT, or related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Singaporean Only
