Job Description
- Research on how existing products in the market are performing and ways for improvement
- Develop ideas, manage and turn into real products
- Analyze specification of materials and maximize product efficiency/ performance
- Trouble shoot for root cause and implement corrective actions
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical engineering/ Polymer engineering/ Material Science
Additional Information
- Good in mathematical skills / polymer / chemistry knowledge
- Able to work independently with less supervision
- Willing to travel
- Capable to handle multi-tasking
- Proactive and hands‑on personnel
