Technical Support Engineer

to join our Technical Support team.

Job Description
The candidate is expected to have Excellent problem-solving, strong communication and interpersonal skills, high motivation, the ability to learn quickly, and must be a self-starter
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Ability to go to Empanelment testing at different state & work collaboratively with State Backends
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve the required
Talk customers through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they've solved a technical query & provide prompt and accurate feedback
Basic knowledge of Telematics, CAN, Vehicle Wiring
Technical knowledge as well as market study required on the Telematics in the Automobile...
