About the Role

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist sales team in technical presentation, demos, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs)
  • Prepare technical responses for RFPs and RFIs
  • Assist in solution sizing and basic solution architecture design

Solution Deployment and Project Implementation

  • Assist or lead in installation, configuration and integration of solutions being offered to the client
  • Support integration with client network and systems
  • Participate in customer onboarding, migration and system handover

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

  • Provide Level 1-2 technical support for software and hardware, switches/routers, core-network solutions like DNS DHCP IPAN (DDI), endpoint security like AV, EDR and MDR, NGFW, IAM, MFA and PKI, cloud and virtualization solutions, etc.
