About the Role
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist sales team in technical presentation, demos, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs)
- Prepare technical responses for RFPs and RFIs
- Assist in solution sizing and basic solution architecture design
Solution Deployment and Project Implementation
- Assist or lead in installation, configuration and integration of solutions being offered to the client
- Support integration with client network and systems
- Participate in customer onboarding, migration and system handover
Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Provide Level 1-2 technical support for software and hardware, switches/routers, core-network solutions like DNS DHCP IPAN (DDI), endpoint security like AV, EDR and MDR, NGFW, IAM, MFA and PKI, cloud and virtualization solutions, etc.
