Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT/Computer-related course
- Strong working knowledge of major operating systems: Linux/UNIX, Windows OS, and macOS
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper‑V
- Hands‑on experience in BIOS/UEFI troubleshooting and system boot diagnostics
- Proficient in Linux commands and remote troubleshooting using PuTTY/SSH
