About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Support Engineer (Java) with a strong Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) mindset to provide L3 production support for large-scale, distributed systems. The role operates in a rotational (Afternoon / Evening) multi-shift environment and focuses on incident management, system reliability, observability, root cause analysis (RCA) and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3 production support
- Own and resolve P1/P2 incidents within defined SLAs
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident bridges
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
- Debug and enhance Java-based applications and microservices
- Develop hotfixes, patches, and configuration changes
- Improve system reliability, availability, performance and scalability
