Technical Support Engineer
Location: Regional Office, Lahore.
At ESCO, we proudly partner with global leaders in security and communication systems, including Hikvision, ITC, and Bosch. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Technical Support Engineer who is passionate about technology, customer service, and delivering smart security solutions.
What You'll Do:
Provide day-to-day technical support to users, both on-site and remotely
Maintain up-to-date product comparison sheets for sales and pre-sales teams
Conduct on-site surveys and prepare BoQs for potential clients
Warm-transfer inbound calls to relevant departments when necessary
Continuously build technical expertise through training sessions, product manuals, and principal support resources
Participate in—and when eligible, lead—in-house training and presentations on new product features and market positioning
Perform troubleshooting, commissioning and routine maintenance
