Technical Support Engineer

Position Summary

We are hiring a proactive and skilled Technical Support Engineer based in Malaysia to be the primary technical contact for our customers. This role is essential for ensuring the seamless operation, installation, and maintenance of our sophisticated analytical and testing equipment. Due to the field service nature of this role, possession of a valid driving license and reliable personal transport is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and Commissioning: Lead the on-site installation, configuration, and initial calibration of new instruments, focusing on equipment in Industrial/EV Tribology (friction/wear testing), Electrochemistry, Flow Chemistry Systems, and Material Testing.
• Maintenance and Repair: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and execute complex diagnostics and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and software components to maximize equipment uptime.
