About the Role

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer Location: San Diego, CA, 92121 (Hybrid) Pay Range: $35/hr - $45/hr. Responsibilities: Maintain and display excellent queue and case management skills. Maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality and use that expertise to help customers. Demonstrate personal commitment to quality and customer service. Utilize frontend browser debugging experience. Required Skills: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, resolve, and provide code-level analysis for complex technical issues. In-depth understanding of SaaS products and integrated systems. Working knowledge of the components in a web applications stack. Proven ability to coordinate with engineering and escalation teams to resolve customer issues. Hands-on experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
