About the Role

POSITION SUMMARY


This position will be providing technical support to all internal and external clients including but not limited to customer, sales, marketing, service and project for power, thermal, monitoring solution, any or all of above.


 


RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Technical Consultation



  • Conduct technical assessments of customer requirements

  • Provide expert advice on power, thermal and monitoring solutions

  • Create technical specifications, statement of compliance to requirement and solution proposals

  • Analyze customer applications and recommend suitable products


2. Customer Support



  • Responding to technical inquiries from customers and sales teams

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations

  • Provide technical training to customers and internal teams

  • Support proof-of-concept implementations
