Technical Support Associate

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or a related field
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, networking concepts, and operating systems (e.g., Windows)
• Basic troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Willingness to work on a rotating schedule, including day and night shifts, with flexible hours as required
• Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
