About the Role

RAD’s International Services department is looking for a Technical Support and Solution Engineer to support our products and customers worldwide.
Location
Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv. Hybrid option twice/week
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide both post-sales and pre-sales solution support activities
Perform staging, demonstration of proof of concepts (PoC), installations, homologation, commissioning, troubleshooting and trainings for partners and customer clients abroad or remotely
Perform testing of solutions along with troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve issues
Perform root cause analysis of issues
Contribute to knowledge base of the team
Create documentation for partners and clients
Provide status and resolution communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
