Technical Support Analyst II

About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for enterprise applications (e.g., SAP Fieldglass / CWOS)
- Troubleshoot login issues, data discrepancies, and system errors
- Run SQL queries for investigation and validation
- Handle incident tickets via ServiceNow
- Support worker onboarding, SOW updates, and WWID generation issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve downstream system discrepancies (e.g., PO issues)
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance standards are maintained
Requirements:
- SAP Fieldglass functional knowledge
- Basic SQL knowledge
- ServiceNow Cloud knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 10 months
Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
