InvGate is a fast growing SaaS company that develops products for IT management and service automation, used by clients in over 60 countries in industries such as banking, e-commerce, education and technology.

To support our continuous growth we are looking for a Bilingual Technical Support Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and functional support to clients worldwide through different channels such as email, tickets, and remote sessions (Teamviewer/Zoom/etc); check clients' configurations; suggest improvements and best practices to maximize the platform's efficiency; and work closely with the development and customer success teams to troubleshoot issues.
