The Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Agent to join our on-site Montreal team. This full-time, on-site role (34 hours/week) is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Documentation : Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using appropriate CRM and ticketing systems.
