Technical Support Agent
Location: Ashby-de-la-Zouch (Office-based)
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (1-hour paid lunch)
We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Agent to join a busy and growing support team on an initial temporary basis of at least 3 months. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in software or technical support who is confident dealing with customers and looking to gain experience within a structured support environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming support queries
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and live chat
- Log and raise support tickets for the wider technical team
