About the role

This is a full-time Technical Supervisor (Maintenance) role within Polystar General Services Inc., located in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Technical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance operations of various facilities and equipment, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance activities of a team of technicians to ensure optimal performance and regulatory compliance of all assigned facilities and equipment
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and procedures to minimise disruptions and maximise asset uptime
