Job Description:
Ø SPI Product Preparation: Ensure all activities and preparation requirement for newly launched models will be executed on a timely manner
Ø Ensure to achieved the highest standard / quality of workmanship maintenance requirements includes all technical operation KPI targets
Ø Proactively creates both standard and localized technical training programs focus on targeted technical issue for overall operation improvement
Ø Creates wecare tickets equivalent to technical case to be submitted in system to push technical HQ for recommended solution backed up with justified diagnosis
Ø Handles all endorsed sample devices includes validation and unlocking before outbound to local warehouse
Ø Non-technical: DTI complaint handling includes creation of reasonable solution to still meet positive customer satisfaction
