Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Electronics Engineering, BS ECE, or any 4-year Engineering-related course
- PRC license is optional
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and calibration
- Computer literate and comfortable with technical reporting
- Well-mannered, honest, responsible, and capable of working with minimal supervision
- Physically fit, willing to travel nationwide, and work beyond normal hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
