Technical Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reports to the National Sales Manager and the Chief Operations Officer
• Based in Metro Manila
• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machines
• Responsible for alignment, calibration, quality control, checking, and testing of machines prior to delivery
• Evaluate machines to ensure they are functional and operational
• Conduct orientation, demos, and actual running of machines with clients or customers
• Perform clerical work, including submission of reports related to day-to-day activities
• Be on call to address client concerns beyond working hours, including weekends and holidays
• Request immediate backup units if problems cannot be fixed on time
• Monitor machine operation during account visits and check reagent expiration dates
• Remind end-users on proper machine operation and maintenance
