About the Role
Responsibilities
- To be responsible for the overall management and technical operations.
- To oversee the daily operations of maintenance and repair, on board general assessment of vessels, inspections and docking.
- To ensure the assigned vessels are technically operational.
- To undertake any technical related as and when required.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Possess relevant sea-going work experience as Chief Engineer/Marine Engineer.
- Knowledge in International Safety Management (ISM) & The International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Codes and International Shipping Regulations will be an added advantage.
- Possess valid ‘D’ driving license.
- Good communication skills and hands‑on.
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
