Technical Superintendent

Job Description:

• Assisting the Technical Manager in day-to-day operations pertaining to Technical Department
• Spare parts/inventory control on company managed vessels.
• Monitoring of on exchange basis spares in-out status (i.e. turbo spares, crane cassettes, piston crown and exhaust valve stems/seats etc.)
• Close monitoring of company managed vessels' performance and maintenance intervals according to the Engine Monthly Performance Report where the running hours report is indicated.
• Check and verify the fuel and lube oil orders of the vessel based on actual ROB.
• Monitoring of Lube Oil Analysis reports of Company vessels.
• Onboard visits and inspections of company managed vessels.
• Participating in Management Review Meetings.
• Assist Technical Manager in planning, managing, and execution of vessel drydocking.
