As a Technical Success Manager (TSM), you will help strategic customers realize measurable business value from Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud) by designing and implementing scalable workflows, integrations, and data insights.
Reporting to the APAC Senior Manager, Customer Success, you will lead the technical components of customer engagements for some of Autodesk’s largest architecture, engineering and Construction (AEC) customers. Partnering closely with Customer Success Managers, you will translate customer business initiatives into practical Forma solutions that improve project delivery, collaboration, and operational performance.
