The ideal individual will manage multiple projects while working closely with Territory Managers and the sales team to address customer specifications. Strong writing skills are essential to deliver effective documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support sales and service teams with technical clarifications
• Accompany sales on visits to gather customer requirements
• Maintain consistency in technical documentation
• Work with preferred Body Builders to refine specifications
• Regularly update specifications in line with industry standards
Requirements:
• Understanding of heavy truck mechanical principles
