Technical Specialist

We are currently seeking a Technical Specialist to join our global Technology team, supporting the platforms and solutions that enable our Business Development, Marketing & Communications (BDMC) initiatives.

This is a critical role that connects business needs, technology capabilities, and vendor delivery across a diverse marketing‑technology portfolio.

Why this role matters:

• Manage and support the technology portfolio that enables Business Development, Marketing & Communications activities.
• Administer and support key platforms such as Qorus Breeze, Marketo, EventsAir, Ceros, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Support and continuously improve website hosting solutions and digital platforms.
• Act as a key point of coordination between business stakeholders, Technology teams, external vendors, and Security.
• Drive improvements, standardization, and governance across the BDMC technology portfolio.
