Key Responsibilities
- Note: Benefits are not provided in Canada Location.
- Work with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop and execute on innovative sourcing strategies in order to identify qualified candidates for a multitude of roles.
- Utilize Google, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack overflow, and other sites to identify, engage, and screen potential candidates
- Conduct phone interviews with Product Management candidates and record detailed summaries of your conversations
- Track and maintain a real time record of candidate pipelines for each role.
