We're looking for a technical problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of platform, people, and coordination. If this sounds like you, picture this: Monday morning you're helping a client who's stuck, using Claude to quickly dig into the issue and figure out whether it's a bug or a configuration thing. After lunch you're on a call with a new client's IT department, making sure their environment is set up correctly before go-live. By Wednesday you're chasing down API credentials from a third-party vendor, using AI to parse their documentation, and writing up a clear brief so our engineering team can build the integration.
