Translate business needs into scalable technical architectures for AI and CX solutions.
Lead development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure project delivery on time and per expectations.
Develop both front-end and back-end solutions with testing and standards in place.
Guide AI/ML model architecture design, experimentation, and deployment.
Integrate AI-driven automation into enterprise workflows and decision support systems.
Collaborate with governance teams to communicate project updates, risks, and technical recommendations.
Mentor junior team members on business analysis and architecture design.
Ensure adherence to SLAs in Incident, Problem, Service Request, and Change Management.
