About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Solution professional for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) who owns the full commercial and technical sales cycle for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers in Malaysia. This role requires strong hands-on technical understanding of BESS, deep familiarity with TNB RP4 tariffs and policies, and disciplined CRM-driven pipeline management through to closed-won projects.
Own the entire BESS sales lifecycle: lead qualification, technical feasibility, solution design, proposal, negotiation, and closed-won handover.
Act as the primary interface between customers, OEMs, internal engineering, procurement, and project teams.
Drive deals to closure, ensuring technical compliance, commercial viability, and internal approvals are achieved.
Develop and propose C&I BESS solutions.
Demonstrate strong working knowledge of TNB RP4 tariff structures applicable to C&I customers.
Advise customers on BESS value propositions under RP4.
