Technical Services Technician - Irrigation

An opportunity exists for a driven and customer focused applicant to join our Technical Services – Irrigation team to provide field technical support to our customers in line with priorities established by the National Irrigation Sales & Specifications Manager and the Regional Manager for their region.


What will you do?

Your responsibilities will include:
+ Provide technical advice relating to the suitability for use, operation, servicing and maintenance of all Irrigation, Irritrol and Toro Irrigation product, to our customers.
+ Provide competency based training material on our product to our customers.
+ Assist our Sales Managers with the delivery of competency based training programs.
+ Provide advice to our Sales Managers to assist them with the compilation of quotes and tenders. Provide design assistance where required to complete a tender…e.g. wiring designs.
