About the Role
Background
- Working for companies similar size or complexity as BRP
- Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Mechatronic, manufacturing or electrical career
- A minimum of 10 years in maquiladora and/or automotive industry
- Proven experience as maintenance manager and Engineering manager 6 years minimum.
Experience
- Strong Leadership skills
- Financial Budget preparation and follow up (OPEX/CAPEX)
- Business Continuity Plan (Preparation and Execution)
- Lead Cost Reduction initiatives
- Safety Management System implementation (Participate)
- Knowledge of Mexican and international standards such as NOM, OSHA, ISO‑9001, ANSI, NFPA & FM Global
- Participate in compliance with the Quality Management System, Purchasing and Cyber Security Policies
- Risk Management and Change Management
- Strong knowledge in Lean and problem‑solving tools
