About the Role

Description
 :Overall production support ownership of New Product Implementation as well as existing product families
Combining Caterpillar Technical information with OEM process and procedures in order to create clear and concise best practice production support documentation
Co-ordinate with Product Groups to validate technical specification and shop floor practices to ensure final production meets the appropriate final product requirements
Producing or arranging for illustration purposes, drawings and photographs included in the documentation
Maintaining the accuracy and consistency of all technical documentation, via Document Change Requests (DCRs)
Work with Product Groups to implement and roll out Technical Updates; i.e.: Service Letter
Managing the document development, updating and reviewing processes to ensure timely completion
