The Technical Service Representative will be responsible for the following key functions:
Being responsible for Technical Services in Thailand.Maintaining and developing relationships with customers to communicate about Technical problems and solutions.Assisting local and overseas customers with technical questions submitted by email or direct phone to the factory.Performing such other specific tasks as the Company may from time to time instruct within the usual scope of work of the Company’s organization. Validating in-process testing and advising on corrections required to ensure that the raw materials and products are within specification.
